Kiama Farmers Cooperative Society – Nyeri, Kenya

From the highlands of Nyeri County comes coffee rooted in heritage and community. Kiama Farmers Cooperative Society (FCS) produces exceptional beans grown in rich volcanic soil at 1,750–1,850 m, where altitude and climate craft a cup of unmatched clarity and sweetness.

Founded on land once owned and donated by Ngibuini Kuguru, a pioneer who introduced coffee to the region and built its first washing stations, Kiama FCS continues his legacy of empowerment and excellence. Supporting over 2,100 smallholder farmers, the cooperative provides fair pricing, pre-harvest financing, and sustainable farming practices.

Each cup of Kiamaina coffee celebrates Kenyan craftsmanship and the generations who shaped its story.

Cup Profile: Citrussy brightness layered with notes of blueberry, kiwi, passionfruit, and vanilla, finishing long, sweet, and elegant.
